Why buy pre-loved?
Shopping second-hand is a chance to not only discover a beautiful piece from your favourite brands but it is an important cornerstone of becoming a conscious consumer. With the impact of the fashion industry on the environment, the rise of pre-loved clothing has become a popular alternative to buying new.
How does it work?
Keep an eye on my Instagram @atelier.jacqueline as new pieces arrive. If you see something you love you can DM me to buy direct, or if you would like to ensure it is right for you, you can make a time to come by the studio and try on any of the garments. You can also fix a time to come long with a few friends to enjoy a fun styling session with no obligation to buy.

It is this stylists ‘eye’ that I bring to the pieces that I have specially chosen to be stocked in La Boutique I spend time unearthing the very best pieces from the wardrobes I visit - ensuring they are are of the highest quality and have an enduring sense of style, ready to be loved in your wardrobe.
LA BOUTIQUE GUARANTEE
Each piece stocked in La Boutique has been checked for authenticity, quality and care. I only stock pieces that have been lightly worn, or in some cases, not worn at all. Each piece has been meticulously checked to make sure it meets the highest standards so you can be sure that your pre-loved piece is like ‘new’.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I pay?
Payments are accepted via direct transfer or Paynow / Paylah. Details of where payments should be sent will be included in your invoice upon purchase.
Do I need to arrange my own collection?
As part of our service, we offer to have your fashion piece delivered to you for a flat fee of $5 (excluding Sentosa). Alternatively you are welcome to arrange a time with us to collect your item.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. If you are not sure if the piece will be right for you, you are welcome to make a time to come and try it on before you buy. Each piece is meticulously checked for faults so there should be no need to exchange or refund for a faulty garment. However, should you receive your piece and believe that a fault exists, please immediately contact us with details.
